MD100 – Edgar Blazona's Plans for a Modern Shed

My six year old asked me to build him a tree house. I was pumped! Except we don’t have any large trees in our yard. How about a club house?

Then I recalled these awesome modular plans published in ReadyMade Magazine back in the day. It took some sleuthing but I finally found the plans. Since they only seem to be in a single place on the internet currently I thought I’d post them here as well for posterity sake.

I might have to modify the design slightly to fit comfortably in our small San Francisco backyard. I think we need to keep any “shed” three feet from the property line and under 100 square feet. I might try to layout a version that is 8 foot by 12 foot.

I’ll do another post if I end up building the Modular Dwelling 100 or something similar.
